i have overlays turned off and video acceleration off and it still won’t work for me.. i’m on wm version 11.

The ctrl+I thing used to work on my old computer running with XP, buton my new computer with Vista in it, the Ctrl+I doesn’t seem to work.I wonder why?

It’s taking the screenshot but when I save it in my Paint program, it’s either blank, or it opens the frame I’m currently on in the movie. I can’t save or edit any jpg images the way it is. Frustrating.
