Bondoogle : Google Magic Card Trick

Bondoogle is an effective magic card trick in the guise of Google’s popular search engine.

How it works?
1. Ask a spectator to pick a card.

2. Fail to ascertain what it is.

3. Turn to Google for help. In Google, you type in “What is it?”

4. Google returns search results that reveal the card.

Bondoogle will also perform a Google Image search, in which case you will get images of the card. Check out Bondoogle after you read up the detailed rules.

There is also a simplified version of Bondoogle called Google Fool - which works in Firefox only. It will enable you to (appear to) type in a harmless looking question like “What is Beatrice thinking of?” but have Google (or Yahoo or Flickr) return any search result you like. This effect only works with the Firefox browser with the Greasemonkey extension installed.
