Cons: Good grief! This must have been invented by a VERY JEALOUS AND POSSESSIVB MAN! Talk about your control freaks…
Pros: Well, this offers a chance to catch a kidnapper-rapist-murderer in the act, but the timing has to be right. Once the panties have been taken off and discarded all the police are left with is a crime scene and/or a body.
Irony: Control freaks are the ones who commit these sorts of crimes.
