I just got my 2000t and all of my songs are skipping in iTunes, and I cant figure out why. If someone could help me out and tell me how to fix this I would really appreciate it because its driving me crazy. Thanks for the replys.

Me again, I forgot…there is absolutely NO technical support for this Yahoo service. They give ON YOUR OWN a new meaning. You have to rely on their less-than-comprehensive help pages or just plain good luck searching newsgroups. I almost pulled my hair out before it was all over because I had purchased it a year in advance. To their credit, after a few emails back and forth with the billing department and explaining the EXTENSIVE and ONGOING trouble I had trying to use the service, they did refund my $60, even though their policy states they do not refund for service.

I tried this service and had so many problems with it, I ended up deleting the 4,000+ songs I had downloaded after trying for DAYS to get them to transfer to my “compatible” device that I bought specifically for the service. I ended up at Napster. Yes, it is $14.95 a month, but, hey! It works. So true the saying – “the cheap comes out expensive”.
