With 2large2email (http://www.2large2email.com/), you can send files of up to 2gnb in size instead of just 1.

I've had really good luck with SureSend.com and they allow free sending. They also have secure upload and download with a premium subscription.

Try also http://www.hugefile.com as they offer a free file sending service for up to 10 files at a time without any annoying pop up ads.
I have used this for many months now for my graphics business and it works very well.

www.sendthisfile.com seems to have unlimited file sizes (the service isn't the limit at that point, the browser is).
