Yes, you can run advertisements of other companies also because I have seen ads from allinfobarn, google, yahoo, adbrite etc are running on same page on many websites.

Is it allowed to run non-google ads on a google blog ? Will google delete my blog if I run ads from sources other than adsense ?

Interesting. I guess maybe if I had a whole lot o’ traffic, it would be worthwhile. But having so little, I think I’d have a hard time getting advertisers.
