Polaroid-o-nize is an incredible online image editing tool which puts any image in the form of a polaroid picture. Just ensure your picture is in GIF, JPEG or PNG format with a minimum size of 200×200 pixels. You can select the single line text to be added at the bottom of the image. You can also rotate the image to the degree you want.
The image created is optimized and of low size, good for web use. Its just that you need to point the url of the image to convert, so it has to be hosted online somewhere at that moment.
