“By having a girl fill out this form you’ll find out all the relevant information you need to know in order to decide whether she’s your type of girl or not.
Feel free to print it out and use it as many times as you’d like, but good luck trying to find a girl who will actually fill it out.
Even if you already have a girlfriend it could be fun to go over it with her and find out what her answers are to some of the questions.”
