World’s Fastest Man : Asafa Powell – 100m in 9.77sec

Jamaica’s Asafa Powell has broken the 100m world running record, clocking a time of 9.77sec at the Olympic Stadium.

This was just 0.01sec under the mark set by American Tim Montgomery at the Stade de France in 2002.
