Association of Support Professionals (ASP) has announced the winners of its eighth annual “Ten Best Web Support Sites” competition, a prestigious award that showcases excellence in online service and support.

ASP’s Web Support Hall of Fame, honors sites that have been named among the “Ten Best” for at least four years. Hall of Fame sites include Cisco Systems, Cognos, Dell Computer, Hewlett-Packard ITRC, and Symantec.

The ten winning sites will be profiled in a book-length report that the ASP will publish in July - “a guided tour of ten sites that provide exception online support for software, PC hardware, and other technology products”. Pricing will be available in July. Keep checking the site.
