GasBuddy claims to have the most comprehensive listings of gas prices. It is comprised of 170 gas price information web sites (also operated by GasBuddy) that help consumers find low gasoline prices. GasBuddy Organization web sites allow consumers to both share information about low priced fuel with others as well as target the lowest priced stations to save petrol costs at the pumps.

Seems it works for only US states and Canada, but definitely worth a look to find cheap gas / petrol prices.
