A quick look at popular firefox themes reveals that the most popular firefox theme is Noia 2.0 (eXtreme). This is a fully skinned version based on the Noia 2.0 icon set by Carlitus. You can also try the Noia 2.0 Lite For Firefox, the Noia2.0 V.1.35 for Thunderbird and the Noia Shell32 Pack (Shell32.dll and some other files port with Noia 2.0 icon set). I am also using the Noia 2 (eXtreme) theme and it gives a nice appearance to the firefox toolbars, menus and buttons. You can always convert back to the default menu in Firefox from Tools | Themes.
