The Mozilla Champions is a team of volunteers that offer end user support using newsgroups.
The goal of Mozilla Champions is “to provide assistance to users by leveraging the knowledge of a group of peer support individuals willing to volunteer their time and expertise to others needing help with the applications.”
Membership in the Champions program is by invitation and granted to those who demonstrate an ongoing commitment to aid others in installing, using, and solving problems with the Mozilla, FireFox and Thunderbird products.
