Microsoft handwriting recognition has a way to differentiate what it written (with pen or mouse) from images of writing. How can handwritten notes be converted to a format that is the “digital ink” that Microsoft needs? It would be easy enough to do, so where is it, and why is it not already in the Microsoft quiver?

I am in need of a way to convert my hand witten items onto a form sheet in Excell. If my handwritten is in the same form as Excell Form is this possible? If so how much will the disk to down load be and how do I need to proceed?
