FOR GIFT a friend gave me a flashdisk.
It�s a HYPSON 8Go Mass Storage Device!!!
I plugged it in, and the system (Win XP OS)
recognized it, installed the drivers automatically, and reported the capacity of 8 GB!
When I re-connected the device, the system reports that everithing is O.K. but
when I attempted to access the drive reported � There is no disk in the drive�.
I opened the properties to see the volume information which is reported UNKNOWN.
I could,t format it under Windows, and it�s own disk formatter could�t access the drive too.
Same result with variuos tools software.
Someone can help me?

i can copy to floppy but can not get the info back all with the icon showing info there

I overlooked the simplest way to check a floppy disk with windows XP: my computer right click disk A tools properties etc. I found your advice after digging about 70 hits deeper into google results thus bypassing many software vendors trying to sell solutions for problems that simply don’t happen with the same media on my legacy home equipment.

The solution is fformat ;-)

FFORMAT v3.10C
this program can rebuild damaged 0 (null) track on your disk !
FFORMAT can rebuild another damaged tracks on your disk.

I tried all the above about the floppy disk errors, but it’s doing the same for all my floppy discs , I tried about 30 discs and it’s telling me always ” this disc is not formated ”

I think the drive is fualty

You can repair your hdd bad sectors … I found good software at
