Write Email / Letter to Santa Claus on Christmas
December 11th, 2005Did you know you can actually write a letter or send an email to Santa Claus on Christmas / Holiday Season.
Children can write to Santa Claus at his North Pole Address. Santa Claus Postal address is Santa Claus, NORTH POLE H0H 0H0, Canada. Each letter that includes a return address receives a reply from Santa. You can even email Santa Claus.
Canada Post runs a Santa Letter Writing Program that brings joy to children from across Canada and around the world.
“Almost 11,000 Postal Elves volunteer to help Santa with his mail. Letters are answered in English, French, and some 27 other languages, as well as Braille. E-mail is answered in English or French.
Encourage your children and students to write to Santa. It is a fun learning experience that helps teach kids how to write and send a letter. To ensure that children will receive a reply from Santa before Christmas, they should write as early as possible. Remember to include your return address. Teachers are urged to send their classroom letters by December 5th.”
Though there are several sites offering free email services or letter delivery to Santa Claus, this offer by Canada Post looks very authentic to me. I will get my kid to write to Santa and eagerly await a reply. (Jimmy, one of the elves replied – “I know Santa takes time to read all of his letters. You can expect to get an answer from Santa within the next few days.”). Happy Holidays!
