Collect the links to all of your favorite extensions (i.e. to the XPIs) in a text file (one URL per line) and put this file wherever Firefox can find it.

I could be wrong, but I believe that Mass Installer has been discontinued, and has been for a while. I can’t fathom why it’s still on the list.
