Update to Patch Age of Empires 3 : Get Bug Fixes

The best way to fix these bugs and get new features is to update the game software. Firstly you find the version of your Age of Empires III game – After you start the game, Click on the “Help and Tools” button from the main game menu and then the “About” button. And the version will show. If you have never updated, then do so now.

How to know when an update is available? I visit the enthusiastic Age of Empires III Community and they post on the main page when a new patch is available and what bugs fixes and new features they have added. The latest patch 1.0.4 is now released. Also see what they fixed in Patch 1.0.2-1.0.3.

Although you can download and install these patches, it is best and very easy to autopatch the new Age of Empires III game – After you start the game, Click on the “Help and Tools” button from the main game menu and then the “Update Game” button. Then if your internet connection is on, it will check if an update is available and then download the latest version available and install it.
