		<description>Well the idea of NSR is good, however no one appears to be concerned about the security risks involved to the personal details of the individuals registering on NSR. Providing fingerprints just to get a job is ridiculous. I understand the NSR website boasts about the security features set to save guard the data. However we all must analyze the impacts of the data theft from NSR. If my fingerprints are stolen - they are lost for ever. Because you cannot change your biometrics anyone can use your identity with your fingerprints.</description>
