Yeah I have been thinking of doing something like this as well. I have a blog http://goldfish-care-information.blogspot.com and I would like to move it or change my domain on my blog to www.GoldfishCareInformation.com in which I registered with GoDaddy as well.

Question I have is by changing domain in blogger will it still allow me to use the blogger software for my domain GoldfishCareInformation.com My pagerank is increasing and will all my comments and links transfer over to my new domain name. I hate to lose all my hard work at building links. I just don't want to mess anything up. Reason I need to do this is starting in April Google Adwords changed policy on url display and landing pages. My old domain is like 38 characters and they only accept 35 characters and url display needs to match landing pages.

Is there an easy way to do this and not lose any of my hard work done. Looking for some help and advice.

Sincerely,

Jamie Boyle

Found this post from google, as my husband is doing the same thing for my blog and doesn't want to lose the pagerank and was trying to figure out how to do the redirect best.
I see its been several weeks since you posted this would you mind sharing some more info on how you kept your pagerank and did the redirects from blogger?

I'm going through some of these dilemmas right now. Luckily my blog is still in it's infancy. I wanted to move to wordpress from blogger for a few reasons and wish I'd just started with wordpress but at least I don't have all that many visitors at the moment. Better now then later...
