I was drawn to the Iconize Me service which creates cool life like caricatures for you via an online service. You send a photo, they draw your portrait caricature and send it to you. You can choose from 3 different artists, who excel in their art skills (see their samples). Rates vary from $40-50 and you get a caricature pdf, icons for Mac and Windows, JPEG and GIF files too. I know at least 2 real life bloggers who made their portrait caricatures here – Darren Rowse at Problogger and Steve Rubel at Micropersuasion. Maybe I will get a caricature of myself when I am famous enough!
