AUA offers a 60/40 revenue share with 40% going to them. Compared to the services mentioned AUA is a much more advanced system. It has an automatic contextual analysis system similar to AdSense/YPN so as a website owner you have a lot less work to do (ie you don't have to set keywords for your websites/pages it does it automatically). AUA even has a geotargetting option. (BTW I tried two of the services you mentioned (Alternate URL and Default Ads) and was very less then pleased with my results.)
