The images need to satisfy three criteria:
* They are either Wikipedia featured pictures or Commons featured pictures.
* They are fairly large
* They have an aspect ratio of 4:3 or 5:4

So if you create a background wallpaper of 800px width and 600 px height, its aspect ratio will be 0.75 (divide its height by its width). Their tolerable limits are 0.73 and 0.77.
