Download Firefox Google Toolbar Version 2

Google Toolbar version 2 for firefox is now available for download. This is closely after new Yahoo toolbar was announced for IE.

Surprisingly, when I click to autoupdate my extensions in Firefox 1.5, no updates are visible. But you can indeed install Firefox Google Toolbar Version 2.

What is new?

• Subscribe feeds to your favorite web pages with just one click.
• Send with Gmail automatically opens whenever you click on an email link.
• Three pre-set layouts so that you can arrange the buttons, search boxes, and other browser controls for you to make the best use of space in Firefox.

Now that takes care of several other firefox extensions which I had installed earlier like Google suggest, safe browsing, webmail compose, feed related extensions etc…
