Google Suggest on Google News Launched

Google Search provides a wonderful tool Google Suggest. As you type into the search box, Google Suggest guesses what you’re typing and offers suggestions in real time. And if you keep updated with breaking new using Google News, how does Google Suggest on Google News sound to you…

Well that is what exactly they did. They launched Google Suggest on Google News.

“I’m now happy to report the launch of Google Suggest on Google News, which provides you with search suggestions specific to news in your country, in real time, while you type. If you’re already a Suggest user, you’ll see this right away, but it’s not on by default. Although Suggest + News is currently English-only, the suggestions will reflect the English-language regional edition you’re viewing.”

I checked it out on the Google News page and it is working by default for me, possibly because I use Google Suggest already. This is a wonderful addition for Google News searches. Also see more Google Search Tools for more innovative searching ideas Google offers.
