Latest Promoted / Submitted Digg Stories by Category on One Page
April 17th, 2006 | Filed under Digg, Tips, Tools.I really enjoy reading and digging the breaking news stories on Digg. But with my slow internet connection browsing through the different categories looking for new promoted posts and new submitted posts was difficult.
Recently Digg allowed websites to add Digg news to websites. This basically involves conversion of rss feeds of categories into a javascript code which you can customize by the amazing number of options they provide, and add to websites to show the latest stories on Digg.
This gave me an idea to use these different feeds by category and compile them together on one page so that you can have an overview of latest stories in all categories easily seen on one page.
So here are the two tools I created :
Digg Front - View latest promoted Digg stories by category on one page.
Digg Submits - View latest submitted Digg Stories by category on one page
