SourceForge Project of the Month

April 22nd, 2006 | Filed under Tips, Tools.
ADVERTISEMENTS

SourceForge.net claims to be the world’s largest Open Source software development web site, hosting more than 100,000 projects and over 1,000,000 registered users with a centralized resource for managing projects, issues, communications, and code.

And they feature a regular Project of the Month. The project of this month is Filesystem in Userspace (FUSE). FUSE adds the infrastructure to the OS (no fancy GUIs) to make developing filesystems easier. You can also see their most active projects.

You too can have your project be Project of the Month by sending an email to staff@sf.net with the subject line: POTM with your project name and why you think your project should be selected. (Scroll to bottom of that page to see these details)
