Visual Studio 2005 Express Editions Free

The Microsoft Visual Studio Express Editions are often described as Free, lightweight, easy-to-use, and easy-to-learn tools for the hobbyist, novice, and student developer.
Dan Fernandez, who is the Lead Product Manager of Visual Studio Express, announces on his blog that
“We are incredibly excited to announce that effective April 19th, 2006, all Visual Studio 2005 Express Editions including Visual Basic, Visual C#, Visual J#, Visual C++, and Visual Web Developer Express will be free permanently!
Prior to this pricing announcement, Visual Studio Express Editions were promotionally discounted to be free for one year, starting on November 7th, 2005. With this announcement, the promotional discount for Visual Studio Express is now permanent and Express will continue to be free.”
A Microsoft Press release says
“Since the launch of the Visual Studio and SQL Server™ Express editions on Nov. 7, 2005, a strong community has built up around the products and the various editions have been downloaded more than 5 million times.”
“Coupled with Microsoft SQL Server Express, the Visual Studio Express editions provide a tool that meets the needs of a wide range of software enthusiasts, including beginning Windows developers, hobbyist Web developers, amateur game developers and even hardware developers.”
An example of this community tool development is Microsoft and Lego created an application that enables the robotics community to use Visual Studio Express to program their LEGO MINDSTORMS robots to do specific commands, such as maneuvering around obstacles, and control them from their computer keyboard or mouse. Anyway it is great to see another free software!

I have the Visual Studio 2003 with VB.NET, C*, C++, et al. Is there any problem downloading Visual Studio Express 2005? Do I get all the pieces with this one download, especially VB, C* and the web service? Or do I have to download VB, C* and the web service one at a time?

My company is having Microsoft Visual Studio 2003
but i have developed a website in 2005 i have Visual 2005.
now my company is saying it will be a risk (pirated Version) to host a site developed in 2005 and company don’t want to host it and asking me develop an application in 2003..
I just want a suggestion can the company host the website is there is any piracy problem
please give a good suggestion
