First you have taken a great and simple product Wood 2003 and turned it into a nightmare. Nothing is simple. I spent 20 minutes reading all of your information just so that I could save a word file as a PFD. It was right there and handy in 2003 & 2002. I must send my word files in 97-2003 because I have gotten so many complaints from associates that they can not open the 2007 version. I guess you more than likely think that you have done a great thing with Office/Word2007 but believe me you hae not. You Have many many frustrated people here. If I could go back to 2003 and install something that would let me open 2007 files I would uninstall in a minute. If that can be done please send me a for dummies version of how to do it. And a damn refund on the money I wasted. Lastly, the word Dummy, you have millions of us who simply want to use a simple program and you totally blew it with 2007.
