Hey, I think text-link-ads is doing something very similar to this &lt;a href="http://www.text-links.ca" rel="nofollow"&gt;text link selling/purchasing site.  Text-Links.ca&lt;/a&gt;

Not sure what differences there would be except that they're different companies.  Text-Links.ca looks like it's quite new.  I've been trying them on my own site.  Pretty easy to get set up and installed.</description>
