The unofficial Apple weblog says “This is a really nice application with a great Tiger/Leopard iChat-like interface, cross-platform webcam support, integration with other Yahoo services, chat conferencing, and file transfers. The website says that the ability to chat with MSN Messenger / Microsoft Live users will be coming soon as well. Oh, and it’s a universal binary.”
The Yahoo IM has a new look and feel for OS X and many new features including Avatars, sounds, and display images. Works on Max OS X 10.3.9 or later on both Intel and Power PC Macs. Download the new Yahoo! Messenger for Mac 3.0 Beta 1

please help.
I don’t get to use all the cool yahoo IM stuff like my PC friends do. The message window on my mac lacks the variety of function icons. I don’t get to use Audibles nor do I have a phone icon to talk to my contacts but it is suppose to be yahoo! messenger with voice. I downloaded the latest 3.0 beta 1 version. It suppose to kick some serious ass for mac users. I only get to IM with my buddies and see them on the webcam but I can’t invite them to chat. please help me to have some fun. :)
