The trade-in program is a hassle. The reps don’t have any feel for customer responsibility and the trade-in value cannot be refunded if you return your new computer - under any circumstances. My advice, don’t let “go green” antics fool you in buying from sonystyle.ca

Very good program!!! You should do this to other countries as well. This is our problem to dispose our old computer to change to the new one….
Do it in Indonesia, sure your market share will increase tremendously….
