Yahoo Video Revisted : Upload and Share Your Videos
Yahoo has launched the new Yahoo! Video, an upgrade to the video search service that introduces more ways to find and share video programming, including the ability to upload your videos directly to Yahoo!
The Yahoo Search blog announced the launch of the new Yahoo Video. And some of the cool features are MyStudio where you can now upload, manage, and share your original content with Yahoo! users and the world. It aims to be the largest video index, with more user submitted Media-RSS feeds, direct feeds from major video publishers, and video crawled from Web. The MyFavorites page lets you can manage videos and channels you’ve added while searching and there are new ways to export and share videos with friends, whether by email or by sending links through Yahoo! Instant Messenger.
This aims to compete with the popular Google Video service which lets you upload and share your own videos. Lets see how the competition between the two web giants turns out. With broadband internet connections subscribers rapidly increasing and falling costs of bandwidth, free online videos hosting will get as popular as photo storage sites…
