Zooomr is not merely another photo sharing service, but something that helps connect people together through photos. One of the most important features of Zooomr is that it’s localized with over 15 locales and languages worldwide.

Show your favorite photos to the entire world in anyone’s language, put your photos on the map, add sounds to your photos (they call it Zooomrtation), and define who’s inside a photo. You can geotag your photos, get enhanced privacy and security settings on every photo, add photo comments, and full RSS support for looking at photos from your favorite news reader.

One feature I particularly like is Zooomr has photo trackbacks, Anytime anyone links to your photo, they put the referring url as the trackback under your photo. So you know when others are blogging your photos and this better shows you the number of impressions your photo is actually getting through RSS readers that might have subscribed to your photostream.
