9rules Blogging Network is opening its doors again to welcome more members. Few months back they had held the Round 4 and 700 blogs were submitted and they made a record of sorts by joining 111 members while preserving its exclusivity.
Now they notify about Round 5 submissions which will open for 24 hours on October 25, 2006. This is a great chance to send in your blog and maybe you become part of the 9rules network and can blog to fame. This is the last submission round of 2006 and you will have only 24 hours. Mark your calendar.
A 9rules Round 5 Number Game is underway where you can guess the number of submissions that they would receive this round. Last time they got 700 submissions in Round 4, guess how many this time…
