9rules Blogging Network is opening its doors again to welcome more members. Few months back they had held the Round 4 and 700 blogs were submitted and they made a record of sorts by joining 111 members while preserving its exclusivity.

Now they notify about Round 5 submissions which will open for 24 hours on October 25, 2006.
