Did You Get the Google Adsense Tips Brochure?

Philipp at Google Blogoscoped says that Google Germany sent him a little Google AdSense tips pamphlet. I looked into the comments and it seems it was probably sent to some top Adsense publishers, possibly in Germany only. Robert Gale says in comments he received one of these brochures earlier this year in the UK. Philipp says -

“Scanning the book I saw a couple of basic tips that you see on the official AdSense blog too. Discussion of ad formats, borders vs no borders, colors that integrate into the website etc… I have to give this a deeper look to see if there’s anything new…”
