First Female Space Explorer Anousheh Ansari is Space Blogging
Anousheh Ansari is the first woman to buy her own ticket to space and she is space blogging. Anousheh Ansari has been officially named to the Soyuz TMA-9 primary crew and is the world’s first female private spaceflight participant and explorer.
On September 18th, Anousheh will fulfill her dream when she joins the Expedition 14 crew in a 8-day mission aboard the Soyuz TMA-9 as it blasts off from Kazakhstan on an exciting journey to the International Space Station. Anousheh will be the fourth private space explorer to visit space.
