Microsoft announced that Office Accounting Express 2007 software is now available as a free download. It is useful for U.S. businesses only. The third-party integrated premium online services are available for additional fees. Office Accounting Express 2007 will be available as a part of Microsoft Office Small Business 2007 and Microsoft Office Professional 2007 and Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007.
Microsoft also announced that it will introduce Microsoft Office Accounting Professional 2007, the successor to Microsoft Office Small Business Accounting 2006 as a comprehensive business management solution for small businesses with more complex needs. Accounting Professionals can join the Microsoft Professional Accountants’ Network (MPAN) and get a free copy of Office Accounting Professional 2007.
Download this simple Microsoft accounting software and manage business finances with the familiar feel of Microsoft Office system programs.
Update: Please note that at this time, Office Accounting is designed for US small businesses only, and does not support local requirements of countries outside the US. The download size is 208MB and requires Windows XP/2003 Server/Vista and includes free phone support for 90 days.

There is an australian version available. Call Microsoft Business partner on (02)63668 262 they are the only company in Australia that have MOA 2008 with Australianisation.
