Dynamic pages have always posed crawling and indexing problems with search engines like Google. The Google Webmasters blog points that a Google algorithm change now lets Google index dynamic pages with tags like “&id=” in urls which were previously not indexed. Now webmasters need not rewrite there dynamic links structure for this parameter.

However this comes with a SEO warning -

“Keep in mind, however, that dynamic URLs with a large number of parameters may be problematic for search engine crawlers in general, so rewriting dynamic URLs into user-friendly versions is always a good practice when that option is available to you. If you can, keeping the number of URL parameters to one or two may make it more likely that search engines will crawl your dynamic urls.”

Read the Google webmaster guidelines to help Google find, index, and rank your site better. If you consider search engine optimization issues, SEO experts always recommend to keep your urls simple and search engine friendly.
