Yahoo Hack Day Winner : Blogging In Motion Project

The public Yahoo Hack Day 2006 was held on September 29-30, 2006 and a large number of software enthusiasts teamed up with an easy access to Yahoo resources to participate in the Yahoo hackathon and create some amazing projects.

Michael Arrington who was one of the Yahoo Hack day judges reports that the winners were Blogging In Motion, an all women team

“The winning project, called Blogging In Motion, combined a camera, a handbag, a pedometer and the Flickr API to create a device that takes a picture after every few steps and then automatically blogs those pictures. The device was created by Diana Eng, Emily Albinski and Audrey Roy.”
