Can You Sign Up for Gmail Without Invitation?
I believe Google Gmail is the best free email web service available. I receive many requests for gmail invites daily. If you are still looking for a gmail invite, the wait seems to be getting over. Gmail is opening for all it seems.
Google Operating System blog is reporting that after years of invitation-only access, Gmail is gradually opening up free to all worldwide. They advise that you go to Gmail.com, and look for “Sign up for Gmail” or go to this page.
The Google help centre also points to the same.
Can I sign up without the invitation code? Or without a mobile phone?

Well the link is not working in India yet… It seems Gmail is preparing to go out of beta and become freely available to all. The wait for gmail may soon be over.

It makes me uneasy that they ask for your phone number to text you a message. I can see it now. I turn on my phone to make a call and there’s an adsense block in the corner of my contact list.
Gmail not open for india users.
but i tried opening the page with Opera Mini and it worked every time.
i went a new gmail account.
