Firefox 2.0.0.2 with Better Windows Vista Support
February 26th, 2007A new firefox version is out and its time to upgrade again. Firefox users will automatically be reminded to update, unless you have tweaked the settings. Or else just click Help > Check for Updates and you will be prompted to download Firefox 2.0.0.2.
They have fixed some security issues, got in beta releases for several new languages which are now available for testing and fixed some Permissions Bug in the German locale on Windows and Linux.
A significant improvement is many enhancements and fixes for Windows Vista. But there are still many known issues still pending. If you check out the long list of known issues, it covers some of the known problems with Firefox 2. They advise your read it before reporting any new bugs at Bugzilla.
