Your Google Personalized Homepage is the perfect place to track multiple feeds, fun gadgets and widgets all on one page. In an effort to “add more personality” to your homepage, they have introduced colorful themes to spice it up.

They released six new themes for the personalized homepage: a city, a teahouse, a winter scene, a sky, a beach and a bus stop. All of the themes are dynamic, which means they change with your own local time of day, current weather conditions or season.

Find the “Select Theme” link on the right-hand side of the page and choose between the classic theme and the six new themes they designed. These themes use a CSS framework and they plan to push out many new themes soon.

This is a welcome feature and definitely makes my Google “Homepage” feel more like home…

    Hi

I had some trouble with the Select Theme Button.
When I first clicked it, it showed me 6 different themes and I tried all of them. Then I picked one and set my time and zip code and then I saved it. ( I picked the seasonal one)
Then I closed the window and opened to my homepage and then I saw my Google Personal Home Page looked different. You know the Add-ons you can get, well they were all blank. Then I tried to change the theme by clicking the Select Theme Button but it didn’t work. Then I tried clicking my add-ons and they wouldn’t budge. My computer didn’t freeze or anything like that because everything worked fine. So I am asking all of you how to fix this?
