Check Your Google Adsense Optimization Report
April 5th, 2007 | Filed under Adsense, Blogging, Google, Make Money Online.Google Adsense wants to help you earn more money (which earns them more money too by the clicks you generate) and have dispatched the Google Adsense Optimization Report for the month of April 2007.
Once you login to your Adsense account, you should see a new section titled Recent messages beneath the Earnings Reports and Quick Reports links on the Reports page. This is a helpful feature since it will help you identify the causes of poor and low paying clicks and fix the issue.
What was my Adsense Optimization tip?
“After an automatic review of your sites, we think you might be able to improve your monetization using the following tips: You may be filtering ads that monetize well on your site.”
First important point to note is that its an automatic review. So no human Adsense guy has actually looked into the optimization issues on my site. I do block a very few urls who spam my site by irrelevant ads, so that is a reason I got this message. Possibly I am blocking a few high paying clicks…
Anyway it might prove useful to those who are missing a tip to increase Google Adsense earnings. Also it provides a useful way in which Adsense staff can send you messages about your account without worrying that it might get blocked in your email spam folder.

I got the same message too. But, I removed all the filter links now. If my revenue is increased because of that, this means that the optimization tips are good.
