Surf a Random Post: Roll the Dice
Do you just feel like browsing through our posts - at random! I got a few emails of surprised readers who noticed a pair of red dice on the top right corner. Well if you just click on it you are directed to any random post in a StumbleUpon like way.
This wordpress trick is made possible by using the amazing Random Redirect wordpress plugin by Matt Mullenweg. Its simply creates a link to yourblog.example.com/?random which will redirect to a random post on your blog.
An advantage of this plugin is that it showcases random content from your archives, is useful for lazy surfing, and helps to increase pageviews! Check out this random post or click the dice.

That plugin is awesome. Like the dice idea too, it’s really catches your eye, especially coupled with the fact that you don’t have it labeled with anything.

I whipped up some neato icons to use for this one, kinda like the one on Techcrunch.
They’re available in various colors on my site.
Hope someone out there finds them useful.
