iPhoneDevCamp: Optimizing Web Applications for iPhone
iPhoneDevCamp is a gathering to develop web-based applications and optimize web sites for iPhone. Strategically timed a week after the launch of the Apple iPhone, the event is on from July 6-8, 2007 at Adobe Systems, 601 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94103.
iPhoneDevCamp is a non-commercial event, organized by volunteers, and attendance free to all. They promise to launch a few iPhone-ready web applications and web sites at the end of the weekend. iPhoneDevCamp is not affiliated with Apple, Inc. and you do not need to own an iPhone to attend. There will be an iPhone Hack-a-Thon ending in a public demo session on Sunday at 2pm.
Attendees will be able to create new web applications for iPhone, optimize existing web applications for iPhone, migrate Dashboard Widgets to web-based widgets for iPhone and test and optimize web sites for iPhone. Follow the latest news on Twitter.
