Yahoo! Animated Logo Supports Breast Cancer Awareness
October 1st, 2007 | Filed under Tips, Yahoo!.Have you seen an animated Yahoo! logo on their front page ever? If you visit the Yahoo! front page right now, you will see a cool animated logo, clicking on which will take you to the Yahoo! Breast Cancer Awareness pages.

The logo displays a small dog carrying the pink ribbon symbolic of breast cancer awareness programs. He hangs the ribbon on the yahoo logo and runs away, followed by two kids appearing wearing the pink ribbons.
This is a great way for Yahoo! to get traffic to these pages and express their support for the breast cancer awareness programs. But I learnt you have to tell people where to click to actually drive traffic. Have you ever spotted a animated Yahoo! logo before or a animated Google logo?
Update: Search Engine has snapped a video of the animated logo. (Its not an animated gif which you can simply copy!)
