It seems Automattic, the company behind WordPress is running a free WordPress Jobs site at jobs.wordpress.net. Anyone can easily post a new job which will be displayed for a period of 21 days or if you decide to take it off, whichever comes first. Employers are expected to leave their contact information on each post. Unlike paid job boards, the WordPress jobs site is completely free “while in beta”.
I scanned the job profiles and wordpress jobs required by people. Many are looking for custom WordPress plugin developers, support for WordPress MU, and new wordpress theme designs.

“While in beta”. I doubt whether it will remain the same, seeing how Matt Mullenweg is too greedy to allow so. Remember what happened to theme directory? Wp.com takes 50% of the income, though they’ve done practically no work for the themes.
