IMHO… $2500 per referal is moderate… if you trying to get 10 people, but only one of them success. your cost is high too. $250 per head.

but if you are a job agency.. its a nice niche market to get into.

$500 is already much for me!
So means the successful referrer will only be paid after 3 months the referred employee(s) working, right? What if the employee(s) suddenly (or intentionally) quit his/her job before or on the 90th day he’s/she’s working???
Kind of a bit waste eh…
