Hey, My partner and i completely agree with the fact. I discovered your website via Search engines and after reading your post I chose to reply to your web log. My personal scenario is the fact that I have already been utilizing no cost web hosting without a website name prior to and also in the end was bitten in the back. Free Internet hosting seriously isn’t very good and no matter what you do on the web, you should always have your personal domain name – exactly like you right here. IMHO… $2500 per referal is moderate… if you trying to get 10 people, but only one of them success. your cost is high too. $250 per head.

but if you are a job agency.. its a nice niche market to get into.

So means the successful referrer will only be paid after 3 months the referred employee(s) working, right? What if the employee(s) suddenly (or intentionally) quit his/her job before or on the 90th day he’s/she’s working???
Kind of a bit waste eh…

Soon you will see referral for marriage proposals as well…hehehehehe
