9rules Goes Retro: Notes, Clips, my.9r on Chawlk

9rules is a popular blogging network which bloggers were always keen to join. While everyone waited for Round 6, they recently revealed that new 9rules submissions may open up soon. 9rules has evolved over years to a more discussion based community and now 9 rules is going back to member blog content that made 9 rules what it was.

Revealing the new developments, they say now 9rules will only have Member content on the site, while a new site still under development called Chawlk will contain all the Notes, Cliques and my.9r stuff.

This is a welcome development since 9rules became initially popular due to its premium blog network which led to a mad rush of bloggers wanting to join it wherever their 24 hour submissions opened about twice a year. Displaying the 9rules logo on your site gave webmasters the immense blog branding and a seal of approval of great content. I hope they open up the network to new value which and the in last Round 5, let see how many get in this time… you can still get noticed by 9rules.
